Website Terms

Effective October 16, 2026 · Version 2026-10-16

Operator and scope

These Website Terms govern the Didget registration and optional account services provided by Fidgetthings LLC, 6592 N Decatur Blvd Unit 150#105, Las Vegas, NV 89131, United States. Contact fidgetthings@gmail.com. They do not replace separate purchase terms, product warranties or applicable software licences.

Eligibility and acceptance

Registration and accounts must be operated by an adult aged at least 18 who has reached the age of majority where they live. A parent or guardian may use the adult’s own details. Do not submit a child’s personal information. Didget is not advertised to children or as a toy.

You affirmatively accept these terms when the registration/account flow asks you to do so. We record the version and date. We do not treat earlier users as having accepted terms without an acknowledgement. The Privacy Notice explains processing; acknowledging it does not consent to optional marketing.

Registration and accounts

Registration requires an email, device ID and current activation QR enrollment. It does not create an account. An optional account requires verified email and a unique username; matching registration records can then appear in that account. Provide accurate details and keep passwords and security links private.

A registration is a service/contact record, not conclusive proof of purchase or ownership. A factory-wiped Didget can be registered through its current QR with a different email without the previous owner releasing it. Do not impersonate others or use enrollment information you are not entitled to use.

Permitted use and security

Use the service for its intended purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, introduce malware, harass others or abuse registration/email functions. This does not restrict lawful security research or other rights that cannot lawfully be restricted. Report suspected security issues privately to fidgetthings@gmail.com.

Firmware and your device

Firmware availability and compatibility depend on the device and network. Follow update instructions and preserve local information before an operation that warns it may erase data. Internet updates use the official update service; local upload channels may require the applicable update PIN.

These terms do not give us a right to remotely wipe/disable your Didget or prohibit repurposing your board. Third-party/open-source licences and mandatory rights continue to apply. Software redistribution rights must be determined under the applicable software licences, not assumed from these website terms.

Privacy, email choices and closure

See the Privacy Notice for how we use information and how to exercise rights. Promotional Didget news requires a separate optional choice and can be withdrawn. Necessary account and security messages are separate.

You can download or delete account information through account settings, including without accepting a newer terms version. Deletion removes associated registration records and the sign-in account, subject to the limits explained in the notice. It does not wipe physical devices. Future activation after a wipe may require a fresh QR registration. Contact us for registration-only or broader privacy requests.

Service changes, restrictions and support

We may need to change the online service or restrict access proportionately to address security, abuse or legal requirements. Where reasonably possible and legally required, we will explain the reason, give appropriate notice and a chance to resolve or challenge a restriction through fidgetthings@gmail.com. Urgent protective action may precede notice.

We will consider the effect on purchased-device activation and applicable consumer rights before discontinuing or materially reducing services. We will give notice and any remedies required by law. We do not promise uninterrupted online availability; normal offline device use is separate.

Consumer rights and disputes

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, statutory guarantees, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. Purchase disputes may be subject to separate store or platform terms.

Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Applicable law determines governing law and available courts. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or exclusive Nevada jurisdiction on every user.

Changes to these terms

We identify each version/date. Material changes receive appropriate notice and renewed acceptance where required; we do not apply them retroactively in a way prohibited by law. You may decline new account terms and request your information or close your account.
